We are the legal employer. You manage the work.
Anstell holds the Swiss employment contract, files with every Swiss authority, and pays the salary from a Swiss bank. Nothing about the day-to-day changes for you.
From a name to a signed contract
You send the details
Name, role, gross salary, canton of residence, start date. If the person is not yet resident in Switzerland, tell us their nationality and where they live now.
We confirm the cost
You get the total employer cost the same day: gross, every contribution line, the fee. If a permit is needed, we say which one and how long it takes.
We draft the Arbeitsvertrag
In the language of the canton of residence. Notice period, holiday, 13th salary, probation, working hours — all set to the terms you chose, never below the statutory floor.
The employee signs
Electronically, valid under Swiss law. We register them with the Ausgleichskasse, the pension fund and the accident insurer at the same time.
They are employed
They appear on your roster in the portal. The first payroll runs on the 25th of the month they start.
